Some experiences stay with us long after the event itself has passed. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured therapy approach often used to address trauma and distressing memories.
As an EMDR-trained therapist, I offer EMDR therapy in Georgia as part of an individualized, collaborative approach to care.
EMDR is not the right approach for everyone; we'll explore your needs and readiness together.

“The longer I've been in this field, the more amazed I am by people's ability to find strength within themselves and allow healing to take place.”
Hello, I'm Jeoson.
I'm a therapist with nearly 15 years of clinical experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, trauma, and difficult life transitions.
I've worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, and I believe meaningful therapy starts with trust, understanding, and a thoughtful approach that honors the whole person.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and strength-based, trauma-informed approaches, with EMDR available as part of my Georgia services.

Change begins with a conversation.
